MFL Barcelona Trip
During February half term Year 11 and Year 12 students enjoyed a 4 day trip to Barcelona to practise their Spanish language skills. Students navigated beautiful Barcelona, taking in the famous architecture and visiting monuments such as Sagrada Familia. Of course, there was plenty of tapa enjoyed along the way!
Students also had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant Spanish culture by exploring local markets, trying traditional Spanish cuisine, and engaging with the friendly locals. The trip provided a perfect blend of educational experiences and fun adventures, creating lasting memories for all who attended. As they strolled through the enchanting streets of Barcelona, students practiced their language skills in real-life situations, gaining confidence and fluency with each conversation. Overall, the trip was a wonderful opportunity for students to not only improve their Spanish but also to broaden their horizons and embrace new experiences in a beautiful and dynamic city like Barcelona.
