Student Leadership

At Hillview School for Girls, student leadership initiatives aim to foster both personal and academic growth among students.

We invite students to take on various leadership roles, including Prefects, Community Leaders, Outreach Leaders, SEN Ambassadors, Subject Mentors, Peer Mentors, and Head and Deputy Head Students. These positions play a vital role in cultivating leadership skills and instilling a sense of responsibility.

Students are encouraged to take initiative, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively with others, which helps them enhance their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Student leaders frequently participate in organizing school events such as the KS3 Fun and Games Club, various sports competitions, and school celebrations, contributing significantly to the strength of the school community.
